*I've watched the video, just need to know if I have recreate - If I have an Obstacle Course entered as an item, been using it for a few years now, and I've just bought a new piece that I can add to the Obstacle Course to make it a larger unit. I still want to be able to rent them separately, do I need to create a new item with complete 2 piece unit as primary and the individual pieces as children? or can I edit the Obstacle Course I have entered?

You are supposed to have the parent item as the largest piece. But if you enter the new pieces as seperate units and let us know which is which, we can make an edit in the database for you.

Yes, I'm aware. That's why I asked. The original piece was purchased 3 years ago and now I'm adding a piece to expand on it. So, to be clear from my end. I currently have a 30 ft Obstacle Course, I purchased a new 15 ft rock climb slide to add to it (or rent separately), so the parent unit will be a 55 foot Obstacle Course. I have not created the items for the 15 ft Rock Climb Slide or the 55 foot Obstacle Course (I haven't put it together yet to get a complete picture for the website). What would be the easiest course of action for you to merge these? Do you want me to create 2 new units and you'll pull them together or do you want me to create the Parent, 55 foot Obstacle Course, and one Child 15 foot Rock Climb Slide, you will pull the 30 foot Obstacle Course into it as the second Child?

Yeah, just put them in as new items and we'll make the largest one a parent and all the other ones as children.

OK. I just created 2 new items, 15 ft Rock Climb Slide and the 55 ft Obstacle Course. I'll update the Obstacle Course pictures once I get it all set up and the pictures taken.

When you combine these, with the 30 ft Obstacle Course still have all it's historical information?

Yes, the historical information isn't changing. Just how they are "related" in terms of their availability. Assuming by "15 ft Rock Climb Slide" you meant the rental "15 Foot DRY Slide," I've made the switch and you should be good to go.
