Create a way to allow automatic email reminders for admin-entered quotes

I know your reasoning for not allowing quotes reminder emails to go out automatically, but it is quite tedious following up on each manually. Perhaps a simple "on/off" option in the settings would do the trick? I feel we're missing a lot of opportunities because of this feature...it's awesome when it works, but 90% of our quotes are admin-entered.
