Coupon Code not working

I have created a coupon code called winter. It is setup that you can rent any inflatable that I have and get 30% off. I have tried testing it on the quote page but I cannot get it to show anything. What am I doing wrong? Sorry for all the questions lately. I really appreciate the help.

It is working great now. Thanks for your help. The only problem I see now is that on the quote page under contact information next to Coupon it is still blank. Maybe it is suppose to be blank, I dont know. I figured there is suppose to be something there since the order I am testing did use a coupon. Thanks again.

I am just glad you all are so quick to fix the problems. I will definitely be upgrading my package when I get everything setup. You all have been great. I do have another question and I hope it is ok to ask this without filling out another problem ticket.


I have been testing out the quote pages and have noticed that sometimes it does the setup and and tear down correct but most of the time is tells me 0 (Hrs) for both. I have checked all my rentals and have checked the times to make sure they are correct. Am I missing something on this? Also what is the delivery window and return window used for. I am guessing its for people coming to pickup which I do not offer.

The other question is since my business only does Delveries and that is the only option that I have right now. Is there anyway to make the Delivery Type on the online form to have that as the default where they do not have to select it from a list? Thanks again for all the help.

Can you send us a lead to look at that doesn't have the setup time calculated? We'll look into it. (Each lead has a unique ID at the bottom left).


Delivery Windows:

A scenario they could be used would be for festivals. The customer may say "The event is noon-6pm, but we'll need you get your truck in and out at a set time so other venders can get in." If you're intending to deliver the equipment directly before the event setup, and tearing down right after the event ends, they're not needed.

Auto-selecting items that only have one option in the drop down should be coming in a future update.

Here is one that is not working: 839881

It looks like any quote I get from the online quote it does not calculate the setup time.

Any ideas on this? Still having problems with online customer quotes not showing the setup times. This also messes up the email that is sent to customers letting them know when the arrival time will be. Thanks again for any help with this.

It's a bug that occurs if you don't have default setup and tear down windows set in Settings->General Settings. The fix will be out in our next release. I want to test it more.

I tried setting a default setup time and tear down in Setting>General but it is still not working. It still has 0 hours for setup and teardown. It seems to work correctly when doing the quote myself. When will the next release be?
