Cotton Candy Machine Color option and quantity question
Answered
When customers are renting a cotton candy machine: What is the best way to have a customer choose 1 a color of cotton candy sugar (included) in the price. But then if the customers wants additional servings they system would charge them. So if a machine is $60 for 50 servings but if the customer wants 2 boxes of blue the sytem would charge $80. I have added the color option for (free/included) should I add another option for "addtional servings $20"
Yes. We don't have a way to completely support this right now, so a customer could potentially order 2 free boxes (one pink, and one blue). In this case, you might need to contact the customer to clarify that they can only have one free.
Your options should probably look something like:
"Blue sugar (choose 1 included flavor)"
"Pink sugar (choose 1 included flavor)"
"Extra Blue sugar"
"Extra Pink sugar"
"Add a Small Folding Table"
"I Already Have a Table. Thanks!"
I would recommend going to the settings of the free sugars and the "I Already Have a Table. Thanks!" and changing their "input type" to "hidden" so that the customer can't select a quantity of "I Already Have a Table. Thanks!" or select more than one free sugar.

Thanks, that will work for me! It's a minor thing but it's a pain to bring the wrong color sugar to an event and have to fix it.
