Contract prints black only??

All my color and background settings have been checked on my printer. There are certain lines of type in my contract I need in color. When I click on contract it shows that type in color but when I click print it only shows black. Please look at my contract and tell me why it pulls up black only after I click print. I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Do you have a specific lead example I can check. I looked at the top one in your list and it printed fine. Also, please let us know what browser and operating system you are using.

Just try Lead id# 1842292 It shows the colored typ until I click print, then the print preview is all black. I use chrome as my browser.

I'm assuming the printer you are using prints color. The printer will affect the preview. Background colors are not printed by browsers unless you specifically request it in your browser printer settings. Try that first. In any case, it is very likely an issue with your browser not detecting you have a color printer or having a setting turned on that prevents color printing.

Everything else I preview from your software prints in color. Just the contract preview goes to black only. I've changed the settings in chrome and the printer. Since I couldn't get the highlight to print I changed some of the copy to red type but it still previews and prints black only.
