Recently anytime we send out a contract, the link pulls up a blank page. What can we do to fix that?

It looks like an issue with the & symbol in the url. Did you recently change your company name in IO, or was it like that before?

No it's been the same since I've set up IO.

Ok, thanks. That helps us narrow down the amount of places we have to trouble shoot. I think we're getting close to a solution. We'll contact you when it's fixed. In the meantime, if you need to send a customer a contract, rather than sending the IO generated email with the hyperlink, you can open the contract yourself and copy the URL and manually paste it in an email.
