Consolidate emails to customers
Under Consideration
Some of our customers have complained about the number of emails we send throughout the booking process. It sounds like one of the largest contributors to their impression is the near-simultaneous sending of multiple messages in response to what the customer had perceived as just one action. In this example,

- 10:50am User Log: Payment ID# 2124583 Created
- 11:01am Email Log: Customer - Contract Received
- 11:01am Email Log: Customer - Deposit Received
- 11:04am Email Log: Customer - Payment Received
the customer signed-and-paid for their event—one motion in the larger context of correspondence—but we replied three times.
Ideally InflatableOffice would be able to detect this kind of situation and reply with just one combined email. At minimum, I think it would make sense to omit the Deposit Received notification when the event has been paid in full.
