Conflict - may be a glitch

Hi,
There seems to be a conflict between 738737 and 459635.
The bars are showing in red as a conflict between the two and we can't figure out why.

The part that i'm not sure about is that on lead ID 738737 it is showing that ALL MIRRORED BARS - Bar 96", BA7 is overbooked by 5. It says that the other lead 459635 which it is conflicting with it is using pieces JT and WK as well but for each of these pieces we have 70 in inventory, so it shouldn't be conflicting. No other pieces are being shared. I understand that it's showing up in red because most of the parts are set to zero, it's just that it's showing as overbooked by 5 which is the question.
