Conflict caused by delivery routing
Answered
I have an interesting conflict that we just caught while loading trucks, maybe you guys can figure out something that will allow IO to catch this in the future:
We have a snow cone machine out on a customer will call (Lead 3923149). It's scheduled to be returned Saturday morning by 10a, then it goes out on a delivery (Lead 3900031) for an event Saturday evening. No problem so far. However, that truck is doing multiple deliveries, and it's leaving the warehouse at 9a, likely prior to the snow cone machine being returned.
In this particular case, we can swing back by the warehouse to grab it after the first delivery, so it's not a big deal. It would be great if somehow IO had a way to catch this when we schedule the delivery route.
This can be solved by a setting in Settings -> General Settings. The "Allow Delivery Routing to set Windows" will make it so whenever the lead is scheduled it checks the Delivery tab and the delivery and pick up windows in the lead to check for conflicts. If you change this in your General Settings to "Yes" to allow delivery/routing schedule to set delivery/return windows IO will warn you whenever you have a conflict like this one. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks, I had forgotten about that setting. I think we had it set to "yes" at one point, but it was causing another problem. I'll look at it again to see if it can work for us.

So I found out why we leave this setting on "No". If I have an available delivery window of 8a-10a in the contract tab, then I set the route in the delivery tab, it changes the delivery window to a set time, and overrides the window. That's not going to work. I'm still not convinced that would solve this specific problem anyway. Somehow I need IO to recognize what time a piece of equipment is leaving the warehouse in a truck, and base the conflict off of that, rather than off of the delivery window.
