COMPLETE BUTTON AUTOMATICLY ADDED ON THE DAY THE CONTRACT

IT WILL GO TO COMPLETE ON THE DAY IT IS SUPPOSE TO COME BACK EVEN IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT BACK - THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR US - We need to hit the complete button as it lets our bookkeeper know to bill someone if they are a commercial customer - this has caused a problem with items not being returned but look like they are - could you please help us
