clients not receiving contracts or quotes

I am having reports from customers that they are not receiving quotes or contracts from us . We have the correct email and they have checked spam but no luck? Any thoughts?
Your account is set to send email from the "logged in user" rather than the company email address, however not all the users have SMTP set up to send outbound mail, so we're sending it from our server and spoofing the reply address (which is a common spam tactic).
