I think it's because you don't have customer type on your quote form and it's picking the first one alphabetically. We can add the field to your form for customers to select. Or we can try to add a hidden field and have it set to something else by default. What would you like to do?

This is where we added *NET ORDER* as our first one then when we pull up leads and see that , we know a client entered that lead online and then we can figure out if we need to make any adjustments before it becomes a final quote or order.
its just a way to allow us a quick look to know where the lead came from
