Changing load items for differnet surface types sometimes adds in a duplicate of the same surface.

When the packing list is printed, in prints out the wrong information for "Grass - Stakes Permitted". An example of the issue:

I assume you are talking about when you are looking at the rental inventory. It's related to locations and having packing lists in multiple locations. We will fix the bug soon. I fixed the one you sent to me.
