We got a call from a client re: invoice #763314, she continually receives "Payment Error" when she enters their CC information. She said this has happened with IO before, but they know the card is working elsewhere.

The error code returned by Authorize.net is that the "amount exceeds the limit". It sounds like they either need to pay down some of the card's balance or have her card limit raised.
