We have noticed that the system is showing a booking overlap on an item that for
example is booked on Friday from 8-2 and I try to book on Sat from 1-5, it shows that it
is taken from 4am-on to the next day.
Please let us know how to fix this

It looks like due to the long set up times for each of the events, it was making the leads overlap. I adjusted each set up time on each lead associated with this and it fixed it. You can do this by going to the lead, contract tab, and edit the set up times there.
