cannot view customer information

Not a Problem

when I select the customer to view the contract it does not come up. just the spinning wheel of death.

What account and what lead? Try again because we were pushing out a release around that time that may have interfered.

When I go to Leads and select Ashley, it works perfectly. Try clearing your browser cache. We just released an update and your browser may not be using the latest.

didn't work

has anyone reported issues using internet explorer

Oh, yeah, we don't support Internet Explorer for the admin side. We only support it on the customer side. I'm surprised this is the first issue you had. Use Firefox or Chrome or Safari.

ok - chrome is working - new issue - after customer makes a deposit the balance does not change on the contract for maritime tents (does work for bkpr)

maybe this is the update problem!

The contract document shouldn't change. I'm not seeing anything incorrect in either of your pages when I look at both account. You'll have to email us a specific example.
