Cannot change warehouse location after contract

When trying to change warehouse after contract has been created, it is saying i cannot change events that i am not a sales person for. I am salesperson on all events

What is the Lead ID? You have to be listed as the sales rep for the lead. Is someone else's name on it as the sales rep?

Lead 1161924 and 1148234. wanted to change from the new orleans warehouse to the lafayette warehouse. i am listed as sales rep on both

It appears that you are not a Sales Rep in the Lafayette location. In fact, there is not Sales Rep position in that location, so it was attempting to change it to no sales rep.


I've added the position for you, but you may want to go through your other workers' profiles and give them access to this position too.

I am having the same problem with my Des Moines location. Put it in originally as Des Moines and need to change to Lenexa and it won't let me. Please help.
