If an event is booked and then cancelled, does the amount charged still show up in the sales overview as revenue even if the lead is categorized as cancelled? If so, should you go in and change the lead to 0.00 dollars?

It should not show up as revenue in the Overview page.

i understand that order was cancelled but they don't clear quickbooks from them it is still considered in quickbooks

You will have to manually adjust in Quickbooks, yes. At this time we don't delete payments or invoices out of Quickbooks. We only add new items in and adjust their amounts if the total goes up or down. There is a filter that can be useful on the leads page at the top left of preset/saved filters to show you leads that likely need manually adjusted in QB.
