Your deliveries fees are not compatible with my drivers wages nor mileage aka gas prices in Canada. For example, one event is $42.00 delivery fee, but my wages for competent drivers is 15 an hour (2 hrs of driving), and fuel is about 28.00 to event. For the delivery fee I am actually losing funds.
Is there a way where I can modify the delivery fee to just a plain rate like $1.00/km or like $0.75/km?

At Settings->Distance Charges->Per Mile, you can set the rate. We don't have a method to calculate hourly cost for delivery drivers at this time. Staff costs are for the duration of the event as if you are staffing the event.
