Can you manually change pay for your worker

I currently pay an extra incentive on a certain day if the worker works on that day. Is there a way to go in and edit their pay so it reflects this. Thanks.

There is not a way to do this through InflatableOffice. You could add an extra shift or increase their time length to account for the bonus, but that would probably be confusing.
