Can we have multiple user logins so we can limit the amount of access certain people have the program. For example can we have a login that would not be able to make changes and view only?

Yes, this is a part of our Workers Module, which includes an unlimited amount of user profiles that can either log into just their Worker Schedule, or you can give them permission(s) to be a sales rep and view other things in the back end.
