Can we track or identify address of Competitor Phishing

Rarely, but sometimes we receive multiple quote requests that come in with fake names, phone numbers and addresses from browsing for quotes, sometimes as many as 20 or more quote requests in a short time. These may well be competitors. Is there a way to identify the address of these phishers?

I have added this request to our to-do list. We store the IP address so we just need to have it displayed for you on the log tab of the lead.
