Can we add a staffing column to the Coming Events lead view with on-hover attributes...
Under Consideration
Add a column to show a count of people that have been scheduled, on hover show names and status using same text styling from Scheduling tab.
Examples: "1" - would mean one on scheduling tab but not invited, "1" one invited but no responded, etc. On hover would show the name in the appropriate text styling
For multiples, something like "1, 1" for one accepted, one no response, "2" for two scheduled and accepted, etc.
Is something that would save a lot of clicking and waiting for screen redraws...

I looked into a simple fix for this and unfortunately there isn't one. This change, while small in it's interface, would significantly show down the load time of the lead list, and would require a major change to the code to implement.
Some of the charts on the Overview->[Workers Tab] Page may aid in your overall goal though when looking at your schedule.
We'll certainly consider this as we continue to developed the program and occationally redesign pages to load in different fashions.

Yes, that section is a big help, we just spend most of our IO time on the leads tab.
I would appreciate you consideration for this down the road, possibly as a scheduled job to do a simple make table with the info tied to lead number - that should cut your query time down in the UI, as it would be done at the server level...
