Can the routing options be changed so you deliver based upon location rather than time?

Can the routing be set up so it automatically selects the shortest distance between stops?
The majority of our parties are in the afternoon and we do our deliveries in the morning so time isn't a big issue mostly, but if it is I can manually drag the route to adjust.
