Can I make a price active that is Inactive

I have a price that is Inactive that cannot be selected. I can't enter a new one cause it already exists and I can't figure out how to make it active.

A price is considered Inactive when it is assigned to a rental item that is inactive. You can either make the rental item active, or assign a different price to that item, or rename the inactive price so you can create a new one.
