Can I change the status of a quote that is no longer active without saying "cancelled"?

Is there an option to mark a quote inactive or closed if the customer changed their mind/didn't like the price/any reason why they would not like to book at this time so it doesn't show up as an active quote to be followed up on? Any way to differentiate between active vs inactive quotes?

You can set it to cancelled or quote status. If you don't want follow-up emails sent to the customer, then go to the Email tab of the event and mark the emails to not be sent.
