The reason this lead is showing on the next day is because the pick-up time is set to 10:00 pm at the latest, then the teardown time is 2 hours and 45 minutes, and there is 45 minutes of travel time. That would end the pick up of this event at 1:30 am the next day. You can change the setup and teardown times or the travel time to change this event and get it to show the delivery and pick up on the same day.
