Calendar event time conflict

I just noticed this today, maybe because an order went into the following day when it wasn't supposed to. Attached is an image. This happened with several orders but not all. The time below should be 11/26 12:00pm - 11/26 10:00pm. I am not sure why it is showing what it is showing. This doesn't reflect on the quote or contract. Please advise how I can fix to show correct time.

On the contract tab, you have a 3.75 hour travel time listed.

I see that now. Thanks. How do I turn this off?

Go to the lead that is the issue. Click the contract tab. Click edit. Delete the travel time. Save. Not sure why it was there. Your settings show that you have that auto travel time calculation turned off.

The calendar hover-over time always includes the full delivery time in the pop-up, including setup, teardown, and travel. There isn't a way to change this.


You can however setup integration with google calendar where you can customize the details of what times to use.

I currently don't use the Google calendar. The issue isn't the delivery time but the inventory. I rented out 10 chairs but the calendar is showing for 2 days instead of 1. Now it appears I have 10 less chairs on the next day when that is not correct. Why have I never had this issue before? I have been using IO for some time now.
