Bouncer Not Visible Under "Moonwalks & Bounce Houses" Drop-Down Menu

I have one item, a regular bouncer/jumping castle, that's not showing up in the "Moonwalks & Bounce Houses" drop-down menu on the customer quote page (see pic). I've already made sure that "Advanced Features-->select pages-->Quote Request Page" has been checked off. NOTE: under Item Details the category for the invisible unit is indeed "Moonwalks & Bounce Houses". Please help. Thanks!

Thank you Susan...I'm new to IO, and so when you say it's updating...I imagine that inventory sometimes doesn't get updated on our screen interface because the server on the back-end hasn't been updated...am I imagining this correctly? Sorry, not sure how all this works yet...

Yes, and usually updates are automatic but once in a while you will have a delay like this

Thanks a million! I have one more similar issue right now, if you're willing to help....setting up my customer quote process, I went into my customer quote page and booked an event by adding one of my inflatables to the cart, and I filled out all the information for the event (using my own personal info). I hit the submit button, and it's showing up as a lead now, on the Overview page, but when I go back into the Customer Quote Page, instead of getting a black page (the text boxes are supposed to be blank), its still showing my personal information, and when I select "remove rental", the rental that was supposed to be removed is not showing up in the drop down list for "Moonwalks & Bounce Houses".....is this another case of delayed refresh/update on the server side? Thanks!!!

Your computer will save your info from the last quote....you will need to clear your history on your web browser to get a blank quote page
