Bounced emails

Today the customer requested a quote and IO sent tan email at 4:pm. 1/2 hour later the same customer sent a request for a second quote and the email bounced. Why? And how to avoid?

The way to avoid this would be to send the email through your email server, rather than having us spoof your return address and send it from ours. In settings->email settings you'll want to get your email password and credentials corrected and turn "use custom email server" to "yes".


I think it was turned off at one point because you sent a newsletter and exceeded the amount of emails your email provider allowed you to send via SMTP, but that was a while ago and that restriction should be lifted.
