10:18 this morning our system says that IO tried to send a shift change email which bounced to a former employee who is related to an employee we terminated this month;
The same problem
The system will still send any shift reminders to them. You need to go to that employee's worker profile, and click the Shifts tab to see all the upcoming shifts they have and assign them to someone else.
