Booking attempt alert

Hello, lead 4143341 attempted to book but was prevented by blackout date. She received banner notice, but I did not receive an alert nor was it flagged. Can you please look into it?

I just attempted it myself and it sent the alert. I think the customer was just referring to the error message the were viewing on the quote page. I don't think they actually clicked the button to attempt to book.
