Booked Unavailable Time

A customer was able to book a time thru the automated system that should've been unavailable. Lead #1268028 booked 2/21/16 2:00-4:00 on 1/19/16 and Lead #1280185 booked the same date and time on 2/6/16 for the same item. I have parties at my building that are on my quote page and was wondering what I have done wrong that allowed this to be booked twice.
How are you wanting the system to prevent overbookings of your party rooms? I'm assuming you want to do it based on the items that are in your Party Central Facility category. The problem is you have 4 main items with 1 quantity each so if one person chooses Basic party and another chooses Deluxe, the system sees you have 1 available of each and allows it.
To fix this we need to relate the items together by using what we called "child items". This will allow the items to be listed and priced separably but for availability be treated as the same items.
I went ahead and did this for you for those 4 items. Let me know if you need anything else.
