Book Now Button Not Working

When I click the "book now" button, it doesn't do anything, if I click ti again it tells me I need to enter an account number and payment. It does the same thing when I try to view a contract or if I click "view contact" in a test email. Arizona Bounce Around

You have some issues with your page group names that are causing this. I see 2 different pages for the Quote Confirm. Can you tell me which you want to use? I can fix it after you let me know which to use.

It's fixed! It is working again. At least on my home computer. I did however screw up the code on the pack list while trying to move the bottom table closer to the items (sorry)
