blackout days individual items - water ride in the winter?
Answered
Is there a way to set blackout dates for individual items? Example - Slip n Slides - I want to blackout dates from Sept - April. We (NH) may have a warm day in late Sept or early Oct ( I know this has already past....), but I don't want this to go out as I can't predict if I will be able to get these dried out enough to put them away for the winter, so they won't mildew. I don't want to set them as Inactive, because that will force me to have to remember to reactivate them in the spring. But I don't want to reactivate too late to miss rentals of people looking to book 1-2 months in advance or do it too early when people may try to book in April.
Yes, in Settings->Maintenance.

Just read the topic on Maintenance. If I enter a check-in date, do I still have to click the Red X to make it available? If so, will I get notified of the check-in date when that date comes?

So if we have a unit that can be used as wet or dry and they are set up in IO as parent/child putting it in maintenance would essentially take the dry unit out of availability too wouldnt it? This is how I have mine set up and I would love the ability to take the wet units out of availabilty for the cooler months.

Gretchen, you could make the wet units "inactive" for the winter.
