Blackout Dates

Is there a way to "blackout" a date? aka close off all rentals so no one can submit an online form for that day? We have many days where we cannot handle anymore jobs but yet we still have equipment left.

For us, being a family-run business, being able to enter blackout dates, or in our situation, vacation days, would be great so that no rentals could be booked during that period.

The only way to do it currently is to put in a false event with all the rentals selected. This has been requested before, and it is on our list to do.

You can do individual rentals by putting the item into Maintenance (under Settings->Inventory->Maintenance). To be unavailable for the 3rd, set the check-out date to the 3rd and the check-in date to the 4th.

I completely agree with this. I almost didn't use Inflatable Office because of this feature not being offered. However, there are too many other features that overrode this one feature not being offered. We keep watching and waiting for the blackout feature to be available to us.

It is commonly requested and moving up on our to do list. Thanks.

I also am looking forward to this feature for the same reasons as Justin.

Same here...I just happen to ask about this the other day because when my wife wants to have a day to take the kids to the county fair or some other activity she gets mad when I have rentals going out which means I have to be on my phone with my delivery guys.

I agree. It would be much easier to block out time versus producing a fake event and hoping that you checked all of the rentals.

Any plans to make the text customizable? It would be helpful for days when we are open, but just booked out.

I'll put it on the list. Thanks!
