Billing address only shows zip, and isn't filled in on contract page?

On our other account, it asks for the whole billing address on the contract (payment) page. In this case, it only asks for zip and doesn't automatically fill it in based on the billing info we enter in the event information screen. Any idea why?


Secondly, is there a way to use a link like %contract_url% in an email and not have it read "Event Contract"? Can we change the link text to say "click here" or similar by wrapping the %contract_url% in an html tag of some sort? I vaguely recall something about the *contract_url* perhaps? Dont want to make the changes and screw something up. Thanks!

Which location IS working the way you'd like? We probably just need to copy some code over to the other location.

Any word on the %contract url% question? Aside from customizing the emails, I think this may be the root of the problem we have when texting iPhones. For example, on Akron Radon, if you goto our email titled CONTRACT TEXT, and send it to an iPhone, the link doesnt get sent...everything else does. Perhaps if it was a raw URL it would (instead of hyperlinked text "Event Contract"??

Sorry, I missed that before. *contracturl* (leave out the _ ). Note: texting is problematic because of the character length limits. The url could get split between 2 text messages, so having the URL as the first thing in the message is a good idea

Any progress on this?


It seems counter-intuitive that on this account only, the billing information is not auto-populated when trying to enter credit card info. At this point, I don't care if the entire address field shows up like our other account because square charges a flat rate regardless of AVS...but having to bounce back and forth to find the billing zip and enter it seems goofy.

Regarding the postal code input auto-populating with the customer's info, this has been implemented and will be available for our next release.
