Balance Not Correct
Solved
On our customer, Anna Mitchell, we had a cancellation due to weather. The rental amount was $110.00 with one payment of $50.00 (deposit) and an additional payment of $60.00. We are refunding back the payment of $60.00 and it keeps showing that we still have a balance of $60.00. There are no other special charges on the order that would charge the additional $10.00. Can you please look at this and help us correct it to show the $50.00? Thanks!
It's showing a balance of $60 because of the $60 refund you issued. The event total is still $110 so it still thinks there is a balance due. We don't currently recognize that since it is cancelled only the deposit is due. The cancelled event shouldn't show up on any of the overview reports, so it shouldn't affect those details.
