Balance changes upon revisiting past events

Hey guys,

I did not see this topic listed. We were contacting past customers and opened up a past order from a year ago. When we closed it, the balance changed to show money being owed on that order. And, now that order shows up in our Overview page as a 'balance due' account....even though it was paid in full before. We did not modify any of the items or location. I believe we added to the customer notes. The lead in question is 1177762.


Also, we cannot modify the sales tax rate for that order so how would you recommend I get the balance down to zero again?

According to the log, it looks like when it was saved on 10/27/2016 by joconner that "Included Attendant" was removed and the tax was recalculated. If you would have closed instead of saved it, it would not have changed. Still, I don't think it should have changed the tax rate. What I think happened is that one of your items on that event has since had the "Included Attendant" accessory removed from it. That's why it was removed on save. Additionally, the tax must have been changed for that area, so it was updated. I've manually fixed the database for you. I'll look into preventing the tax from being recalculated on leads in the past that are complete. Thanks.
