I have an order that shows we do not have tables needed, but when i check the conflicts all of the conflicts are on orders that have already ended before the start time of this new event.

It's not just the event times, but the delivery window and return window also affect the window of availability. If you hover over the item, in the pop up, at one point you can see you have 4 other events all with portions of their duration all on the chart. Adding all these events together comes up with 2 overbooked total.

They must have long teardown durations, travel times, or the window on the teardown is still in effect.

I looked at the orders again and only the first 2 in the line chart are still open

the last 4 have all been picked up and returned to warehouse. those orders end dates have already happened as of today that is why i am confusted

I have looked at all 6 orders that it conflicts with and there is nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to times.

in the past i have had a long set up to drive time that created the conflict but none of these do and like i said 4 of them are over as of today which would have no conflict anyway since they are done and over even before the event takes place
