Automatically updated Constant Contact / Mailchimp email list.
Answered
Is there a way to automatically add email addresses to something like mail chimp or constant contact with out having to export a list everytime?
We don't have an API link set up at this time for either of those services, so for the time being you'll have to export. It may change but, our goal now is to include those services better in InflatableOffice's "Email Center" so that you don't feel the need to pay for, and set up, another email service. Please feel free to email Sales@InflatableOffice.com if you feel that either of the services you mentioned lack funtionality that IO has.

The tracking and reporting of CC and MC are much more robust than IO. For those of us with large mail lists...some addresses that arent customers already (ex: mailing list signups from events) MC or CC makes sense.
With those, we get reports of which were marked as spam, which were opened and when, which were 'out of office auto replies", what specific links in the emails were clicked, etc... and there's really quick ways to remove those bad addresses from future mailings. If the emails bounce back, they dont flood our inbox with cc or mc
Seeing some comments on here & forums indicate that perhaps not all of the emails make it to the customers when sent to IO, and it's a crapshoot guessing which did. I would love to use your email svc only, but dont want to risk it.
