Is it possible to setup automatic text messages, much like the automatic emails?
We'd like to be able to send text reminders to customers reminding them that they need to return their items (in the next 30 mins, etc).
We'd also like to send automatic texts to them if they are past the return window to let them know they are in danger of being charged for another day rental.
Is this possible?

This type of functionality is planned and we hope to add it during 2018, but it is not currently possible. You can currently only send auto-emails or manual texts.

This would be a good thing to add sooner than later. In today's world, customers are using text a lot moreso than email.

We've had multiple requests for automatic texts so this has been put in our product development system. Hopefully this is a functionality that can be added this year.
