Question #1
I was wondering if the automatically sent email "Event Reminder" has the ability to email the customer (xxx amount of days)..... before the setup time (instead of the event start time).
Reason being is that sometimes we deliver the day before the event day and I would like my customers to get an email 1 day before we arrive to Setup.

Is there a way to have the automatic text to workers to also send a reminder text for the pickup/teardown time?
The reminder text for for their shift start/event setup is great but would also need to remind them to pick rentals up as well. so a shift start for evening teardowns
There is not a way to do #1 at the moment, but I've added your suggestions to our product development system.
#2 should be possible if you break their shift into multiple shifts, rather than scheduling the worker straight through the whole route. We don't have a "return to warehouse" function yet for the route, but it's a highly prioritized feature request.

The split works fine we started using that just before the latest release and when the team fixed the more than one text message on this release it works fine it seems :)
