automatic email didnt go out, isolated incident or otherwise?
Solved
I generally get email alerts when new quotes are generated, as you can see on the log, this didnt happen on this order. Checking to see if it's isolated or an errant setting etc

The same problem
This was a temporary issue that we resolved. It had to do with some upgrading we did to one of our servers. When we noticed the issue, we put in place some more checks & balances to prevent the issue in the future.
