Autobooking: Vendor Items
Answered
I had a customer auto book a vendor item (cotton candy machine) and we did not think they had access to those items. Are customers normally able to access vendor items?
Normally no, they wouldn't have access. If you give me a lead # I can take a look and see what happened.

That would be great, Invoice # 5276793
They had booked a cotton candy machine (party connections) which was supposed to be a vendor item only. I have let my boss know of the issue and I think adjustments were made on our end this morning.

Yes, it would depend on this setting (see screen shot) It looks like this was changed today. If this is checked it does allow the customer to still add to quote--even if you are out of that item (which looks to be the case). To them it just looks like another cotton candy machine in your inventory.
