Is it possible to auto-generate an invoice (in addition to the contract) anytime a booking is confirmed?

You can send an invoice email out anytime during the quote process...but if you are using an invoice as a contract template--the system will only create the default contract.

Invoices sent via email are auto generated when sent. Invoices that are built from contract templates are auto generated when you access them. If you are saving a snapshot, it would work like any other contract. Are you asking for an auto email for invoices?

Hey Tim, thank you for the reply. No, just wondering if we could setup another template that automatically generates with every confirmation.
This would allow me to setup a "contract" template packing list that we could use to obtain a signature on site via the worker app

I understand now. That's a cool idea. I've put it on our list with an itemized plan. Unfortunately to make this happen like you want, it will take a considerable amount of work to put into place all the different components to make it work. It may not seem like it, but a lot has to happen first. It's unlikely that this will be done soon. Since we are going to be doing work on the workers module and new workers app this year, we will hopefully take care of some of the large obstacles in preparation for being able to do this. Thanks!
