Auto Flagging Leads
Question 1. I was wondering if there is a way to flag leads automatically that have the deposit paid in full. The reason I ask is because we get customers that will hit book this event button and then not pay or sign. At that point the items are reserved for that date till we knock it down to a quote status again. What I would like to have happen is that I could remove the flag and leave it in that confirmed state for a few days. The issue though is once they pay for the order and sign it, it does not get a flag again. It would be nice if it did because we like to send a email over with the contract on it for them at that time. At that time we would remove the flag and then schedule a delivery time with them. ( The only way around this that I have found is to send our company an email alert that they have Paid)

I think it might be better for us to help you edit your statuses to have a "booking" status that doesn't reserve the equipment until the customer makes a payment is made. We can add statuses that a lead automatically goes to when a lead is signed, when a lead deposit is paid, and/or when a full balance is paid.

Ok that all makes since. I didn't think of it like that at first but it makes since now and I was able to make those statuses work for us myself. Thanks for the quick response. Eric
