Auto Fill on our computer attempts to fill in preserved info from prior customers

When I leave IO and go to my website, entering a dummy request for a quote my computer (using my contact info to verify a customers comments about the site), auto fill begins to fill in the name and info of a customer that ordered from my computer in IO earlier that day. Auto fill begins to fill in some of my own information, but contains some of the customer's info as well. The customer whose info appears has nothing to do with the dummy quote request I am trying to obtain.

This is information from the last lead you've viewed. Its saves it as a cookie on your computer. This is a convenience to your customers so that if they fill in the form, click away from the page, then go right back, they don't lose everything they've typed in (the cookie is valid for one hour).

The information from you is also what the browser has saved as autofill settings in the browser for all forms.
