Auto emails

Answered

This weekend customer Jill Harms requested two quotes from the system. #4025477 and 4025447.

One quote was logged in as sent and received, the other shows no sent quote. Why is that? I have noticed this before but not sure what may cause this.

This is because 4025447 was created at 12:05 AM 9/24 and the Recent Quote email is scheduled to go out 1 day after a quote has been created. I've added 4025477 to our product development system because the Recent Quote email was sent 10 minutes after the quote was created. We'll make sure to update you when we have this fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot.

Your email,Customer - Recent Quote (customer created), is set to send .1 days which is the soonest an auto email would send so you don't have to change anything with that.88d739e1cbea208fa2bcb63574d3d50c

To create an auto email you have to..1. Go to an auto email that is already set up,

2. choose an email that is either sent before or after an event depending on when you want the email your creating to send

3. edit the email and change the title to the title of the email you want to create

4. click save copy to create a new version of this auto email

Then you can to the saved copy version of the email and paste the body of the email there. This is the best way to create an auto email currently.
