auto booking
Solved
from time to time I see that an auto booked quote request or contract is not sent or at least is not appearing in the log. Sometimes in the past it has been explained that when a customer places several quotes in around the same time they will not receive what could be a duplicate email response, however that does not always seem to be the reason. Here is the latest auot book and quote request that appears unresponded; 5547695
In this scenario it looks like the recent quote email didn't go out because the customer initiated autobook feature and it switched to contracted status right away. You sent out a contract so then the contract reminder email would go out 4 days after the last one sent. You don't currently have a contract email that goes out right after the autobooking feature is initiated.

Yes, but in this scenario the lead was no longer a quote...it switched to contracted right away. So there was no chance for the quote email to go out. And you only have 2 options for the automatic contract email...1 goes out 4 days after the initial contract email goes out...and 1 goes out 14 days before the event. Since neither of these applied--nothing went out until you sent the contract email yourself.
